The floating rear head design allows the entire tube bundle to be fully pulled out from the shell side effortlessly, enabling thorough internal cleaning, tube inspection and damaged pipe replacement without dismantling the whole equipment.Ideal for harsh working conditions with severe scaling, high temperature, high pressure & corrosive media.

1. Fully Removable Tube Bundle, Ultra Low Maintenance Cost
 
Whole tube bundle can be extracted out of the shell conveniently; convenient for shell side/tube side cleaning, descaling, inspection and damaged heat exchange tube replacement. Perfect for fluids prone to dirt accumulation.
2. Floating Head Design: Zero Thermal Stress Damage
 
Free sliding floating rear head absorbs thermal elongation of tubes and shell under drastic temperature difference. No deformation, cracking or leakage caused by thermal expansion stress, greatly extending service lifespan.
3. Strict Precision Tube-to-Tubesheet Welding (As Shown In Workshop Fabrication)
 
Every heat exchange tube is fully welded to the tube sheet by certified welders with orbital welding technology. Dense, airtight weld joints guarantee zero leakage under high pressure; comply with ASME VIII, TEMA, GB/T151 international standards.
4. Wide Material Customization For All Corrosive Scenarios
